We were upgraded to brand-new single room on level 5. It was nice having a balcony and a hair dryer. The location was particularly good and magnificent, on restaurants or activities in the area!

we were there for 2 days, everything was very good, truly enjoyed its great location close to hanoï, so many shops yet quiet at night and restaurants, pubs and more. our whole experience was fairly nice, recommend.

The room I stayed in was spacious and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable and peaceful environment. The property was amazing and we had a really nice stay. They placed us in a twin/double room which was reasonably large and neat. The location was marvellous and comfortable, just 5 min walk from Temple of the Jade Mountain. Moreover, it was so close to the old town.

We had a wonderful stay at Moon Cactus! The host, Moon, was incredibly kind and welcoming. The location was perfect - right in the center of Hanoi but surprisingly quiet. Moon helped us book a great tour of Halong Bay, and the tour guide, Duc, was fantastic. The room was comfortable and clean. I highly recommend Moon Cactus for a fantastic stay in Hanoi.
